REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Accompanying Person and children not allowed inside scientific halls and exhibition areas
  • No photography of scientific content is allowed during the presentations.
  • Postgraduate should enclose a Bonafide certificate from concerned HOD along with registration form.
  • Payment by DD/ NEFT/ Online transfer in favour of MID DERMACON 2022 payable at Lucknow.
  • Accompanying Person Registration is mandatory for above 6 years.
  • Registration fees is inclusive of 18% GST

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Refund of Registration will be made post the conference after deduction of GST.
  • After 15th August 2022 no refund request will be entertained by the secretariat.
  • 25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after the completion of the conference.
  • The refund process will begin only after 30 days of the completion of conference.
